Our company is very particular about any feedback from the users of our site. If you send us a message informing about an error, any question or just a suggestion, you will receive a fast and competent answer from our technical support team within 72 hours. As a rule most of problems are solved "on the spot".

Enchantment Club provides full refund of your payment in the following cases:  
When you stably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our site properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution
When Enchantment Club announced termination of entire service.
Enchantment Club DOES refund orders due to the customer's request when the order is duplicated or made by mistake.
 
Enchantment Club may terminate Your membership for any reason, with or without explanation, effective upon sending a notice to Your email address provided at registration, or to any other email address provided by You to Enchantment Club.

Upon termination by Enchantment Club without cause, you shall receive a refund, pro rata, of any paid fees that Enchantment Club has received from You. If Your membership with Enchantment Club is terminated by reason of violation of this Agreement, or at Your request, you will not be entitled to, nor shall Enchantment Club be liable to You, for any refund of unused fees for using Enchantment Club com or its additional Services. Unused credits expire 365 days after their purchase date. Notwithstanding Your membership being terminated, this Agreement will remain in full effect.

Enchantment Club reserves the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

• when a customer demands a refund immediately after buying credits or membership

• when a customer informs us about changing his decision to buy membership, saying he is not going to use it without giving any particular reasons.

• when reasons which prevent a customer from proper using of our services are stated clearly on our site. (for example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our site).

Please, NOTE! In any case of refund or chargeback your registration name will be immediately blocked and you will not be able to use the services of our site.

Limitations

In no case, under no circumstances, are we bound to refund you more money than you paid. We do not have to pay for any kind of damage or cost of yours or your relatives or anyone else, no matter which one of our services you might used under what conditions. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

This applies, without limitation, to exchange ratios, in both ways. We are not obligated to refund you a higher amount than you paid, in the currency you paid. We are not obligated to refund you higher amount, measuring in our main currency, than your payment was worth in our currency the time we converted it. Our main currency is EURO.

By purchasing anything from us on Enchantment Club, you agree with everything above, completely.
